Coup de cléCoup de clé, product preview

Coup de clé fixes leaks, clogs, locks and electrical failures at home, with an appointment within 24 hours, in Bordeaux and Rennes. Its technicians are salaried employees on permanent contracts and travel by electric cargo bike, which earned it the Decarbonization of Activity trophy at the Bâtir pour le Climat trade show.

Context and challenges

Coup de clé had already built much of its online journey on Webflow. It lacked expert support to digitize the whole journey: qualify the request, book the appointment and take payment. It also needed to equip the team, with a back office and stock management for each vehicle, and to prepare for the opening of new cities.

What we did

A request funnel per trade

Dynamic forms that adapt to each trade, to collect the right information the first time.

A back office for the team

Requests, interventions and rules are managed in a custom tool.

A stock app

Rebuilt from a no-code tool, to track the equipment in each vehicle.

Photos linked to tools

Job site photos are linked to the team’s calls and automations.

Several cities

Service areas for each city, drawn on a map.

What the client says

« TRACTR is a gem on every level: quality of the exchanges, clarity of the communication, client satisfaction and the final delivery. This experience completely upends my 15 years of experience in the field. Startups, project owners, entrepreneurs, go for it with your eyes closed. »
