Startups

A useful first version, fast, without mortgaging what comes next. You keep the vision and the knowledge of your market, we help you choose what to build and deliver it.

Little time, little budget, everything to prove.

Every week counts, and so does every dollar. We help you decide what must exist first, deliver it, then evolve it with what your first users tell you.

What you get

A few examples, depending on where you are.

A useful first version

Scope the essentials, design the journeys and deliver a product you can already show to your first users.

A product that follows your feedback

Short stages, priorities reviewed with you, and the ability to change course without starting over.

AI where it brings value

An assistant, a search, an automation: what truly serves your users, not what is trendy.

A product ready for what’s next

Documented code that you own, useful for a fundraise, a takeover by your team or a new partner.

Our commitments

How a partner works, not a vendor.

You decide, we advise

We give our opinion on every product and technical trade-off, you make the call. Choices are noted and explained.

You talk to the people who build

The people who design your product build it, with no go-between.

A known budget before we start

Scoping sets the scope and the price of the next stage, and that price doesn’t move.

You stay the owner

Code, documentation and access are handed over to you as we go through the stages.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a developer?

No. We support you with product and technical choices, and with getting started on the tools.

Can we start small?

Yes. Scoping defines the smallest version that lets you learn from your users. What follows is decided afterwards, stage by stage.

What if I have to change direction along the way?

The work moves in short, costed stages: you can change course at the end of a stage without losing what has been built.

Can you help me prepare a fundraise?

We can help on the product and technical side: a demo, a roadmap, clean and documented code. We don’t promise the raise.

Will I be able to take over the code in-house?

Yes, that’s the principle. The code, documentation and access belong to you, and we prepare the handover during delivery.

How do I know if my idea is worth it before investing?

That’s the role of scoping: test the idea on a real case, with a prototype or a mockup, before building.

How much does it cost?

Always a fixed price, never hourly. Scoping sets the price of the build before it begins, and it doesn’t move. An agent from the catalogue has a fixed price, with no scoping.

How do we get started?

With a first 30-minute call, free of charge. It tells you which scoping suits you, or whether an agent from the catalogue already meets your need.

The next step

What are we moving forward together?

An idea, an existing product, a task that takes too long. Tell us where you're starting from.
